How to Return Your DashLink:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Support team at mydashlink@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
2. Receive Return Authorization: Our Customer Support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your DashLink.
3. Package Your Return: Securely pack your DashLink in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components. Make sure to include the RA number inside the package.
4. Ship the Package: Send your package to the return address provided by our Customer Support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned DashLink, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Conditions:

• The DashLink must be returned in its original condition, without any damage or excessive wear and tear.
• All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Exchanges:
